WHAT IS PRACTICE PLAN?

Practice Plan is our dental care membership for our registered patients who want to make regular visits to the practice, and enjoy the assurance that their preventive dental care is included. Practice Plan promotes consistent attendance, allowing us to detect issues before they become problematic, helping you maintain healthy teeth and gums.

Dental health examinations provide:
-Clinical examination to catch developing problems early
-Checking for signs of oral cancer for early detection
-X-rays, where clinically necessary, for an in-depth examination of your oral health
Hygiene appointments provide:
-Professional removal of harmful hard plaque
-Advice and techniques - we work with you to prevent tooth decay and gum disease
-Fresher breath and brighter smile for improved self- esteem

HOW DO YOU JOIN THE PLAN?

Once you have had your initial appointment, and a full asessemnt has been carried out by our dentist  you may choose to join our Practice Plan Membership.
 
To join, please email: info@eastgatedentalbristol.co.uk and we will send you a link to complete the registration.
An initial registration fee of £9.50 per person will be payable by you to Practice Plan and will be included in your first Direct Debit payment.
If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month’s notice.​
