PRACTICE INFORMATION
Eastgate Dental & Cosmetic Centre is a family-run practice in Bristol that was established in 2023, boasting brand new state-of-the-art equipment. We are situated on the first floor of Eastgate Oriental City above the reputable Wai Yee Hong supermarket, with close transport links to the M32 and Bristol City Centre. We are proud to offer you free ample on-site parking and disabled access with a lift that takes you to the front door of the dental practice.

CAR
We are located on the outskirts of Bristol,
off Junction 2 of the M32. Simply enter Wai Yee Hong, BS5 6XX into your Sat Nav, which will take you to our car park.
BUS
There are a number of buses that stop at Eastgate, they include numbers 4, 5, 24, 25, 506 and 507. The following routes stop within a 5-10 minute walk away from our practice.
Monday – Saturday, buses turn up every 20 or 30 minutes.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
The main double doors as you enter Wai Yee Hong entrance are automatic. There is a lift to take you to level 1 where the practice is located. All our surgeries and waiting room areas are wheelchair accessible.
LIFT
There is a lift for public use located on the ground floor on the right-hand side of the building. The practice is located on level 1.
TOILET FACILITIES
Standard toilet facilities are available inside Eastgate Dental and Cosmetic Centre. There are also public toilets located on the first-floor corridor which is wheelchair-accessible.
LARGE PRINT DOCUMENTS
Documents and treatment plan letters are available in large print. Please contact the practice ahead of your appointment so we can arrange this.
FREE PARKING
We are proud to offer you free on-site parking. The car park can accommodate approximately 90 vehicles. Patients can also use the overflow parking at peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
EMERGENCIES
Emergency appointments are available to both registered and non-registered patients. We aim to get you seen within a 48 hour period to get you pain-free and comfortable as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATION
To cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Please click on the link to view our cancellation policy.
PAYMENT
We kindly request a deposit at the time of booking to secure it. The amount will be dependent on the type of treatment you are booking in for. Your dentist will provide you with a treatment estimate in advance for any work you may require. For complex procedures, a comprehensive treatment plan will be provided for you explaining the procedures, what’s involved and how much they cost. The practice accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express.
